وهي ترى أن هناك تشابها واضحا بين طفولة السيد المسيح عليه السلام وطفولة الطفل المصري فكلاهما ولد في مكان ثم انتقل مع أهله إلى مكان آخر بحثا عن الأمن والاستقرار.

وينشأ فقيرا لأسرة مكافحة،
ويكون شديد الذكاء، حتى أنه هو نفسه يندهش من قدرته على الفهم والتعلم،
وسيحب القراءة، ويعرف في نفسه أنه خل لمهمة عظيمة، ويكون متدينا جدا عندما يبلغ السابعة عشر، لكنه تدين سمح ورقيق.
